Yup, seems like Chrome OS better off with tablet than Netbook....but Win 7 Starter is just for Netbook, got try Dell Mini yesterday with Atom N450, what can i say ...very turtle like speed :

Maybe, because i never encounter such slowness with XP (Dell Mini also)...2GB RAM ...

i got some news~
someone in openoffice.org marketing project heard that UNR is dropping OOo from the os..
and ubuntu's company is helping chrome os team in developing...
wonder will there be a native office suite from this two company combined??

sadly, the new roamed for a few days now, but the counsel members of OOo havent comment yet~ guess is just a romor~

So, UNR gonna use what as office apps lor?? a good thing actually when both Ubuntu community and goggle want to develope something new

hopefully they will come out with something can be par with MS Office, OpenOffice is ok but still compared to MS Office, lacks some of the function...hey its free though

Google Doc perhaps?

Combining with Ubuntu community, i guess the name should be combining both Google & Ubuntu = GoTu Office

OOo already got many functions lo...
only some are really copyrighted of MS, so cannot use...
if connical and google come out with a new office suite..
it would be very light weight and no frills suite
and would be lighting fast i think~

Yup, i know that OpenO already got many functions ..maybe i got to attached with MSO one, so would prefer if got all of the functions ...

yesterday went home after letting it fold for whole day from 8.30am something to around 10pm..temperature maintained at around 85C, which is qutie low, considering that before this i saw 91C after folding for this long duration...

The CM U2 can become something like sleeve, right?

yes, can, but u have to remove the fan..i think can just attach to the other side..

the thing is, just pack like sleeve and dump into ur laptop bag..so lan party also have cooler to bring along..
