iirc, GPU undervolting is more dangerous than CPU undervolting, as it involves BIOS editing...

recommend not to touch it...

Still black screen. Sigh.

Added on March 16, 2010, 1:34 amJust an update, I gave up. It is because Windows could not recognise the not signed driver. sad.gif

Now trying 195.62.

Added on March 16, 2010, 8:54 amAn quick update. Managed to install 195.62 rclxm9.gif
But I can't switch to VGA, it hangs like what others forumer in laptopvideo2go mentioned. Thus, I unistall it. Just using the VGA sad.gif

Yes, power saving mode. I tried and use both of the mode during the past 6 hours troubleshooting laugh.gif

For 185.85 or 195.62?

For 185.85, the driver is not digital signed, so the driver don't work. Use the workaround, it keep went into black screen. sad.gif

As for 195.62, it keep went into black screen, use the workaround, then only it work.

Yes. The workaround for x64.

http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/topic/240...d-graphics-x64/

Yes, I am on x64

QUOTE
Work Around 1

-Reboot system
-On boot go into advanced boot options by tapping F8 repeatedly
-Choose disable driver signiture enforement
-The drivers should now work as it should

In this method you have to keep doing this after every reboot. But this is a good way to see whether the drivers will work on your system without much effort.

Work Around 2

MAKE SURE YOU TURN UAC OFF BEFORE DOING THIS!

-Download Driver Signiture Enforcement Overidder
-Run the program
-Select "EnableTest Mode" and follow on screen instructions
-Reboot your system and you will see test mode on the four corners of your desktop
-Open the program again and click "Sign a System File"
-Browse to these:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\nvlddmkm.sys
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\igdkmd64.sys

you'll need to sign both of them

-Select "Exit" and reboot
-Drivers should now work as it should.

To remove the watermark use This for windows 7
Make sure you select program to run as admin, press R and reboot.

With this workaround you dont need to keep pressing F8 each time to disable the microsoft driver enforcement.

Work Around 2

Download: Read Driver Plus
Install
It does workaround 1 for you automatically but may not work on all systems.
Use at own risk.
This is the simplest method.

No. It must work, else I will spank its ass. I have been very angry with it for its laziness to boot up for me the hybrid
