right from the beginning...i find it quite leceh to browse many pages...no offense...

After reading this thread here is my opinion of what happen.

1. kelly wants to buy NDSL and found Top Games thread.
2. Top Games make a deal with kelly.
3. Top Games think that because kelly is a girl (no offence)she may not know how to identify between ori NDSL and fake NDSL.
4. Top Games make a call telling kelly that the color she wants no stock and sell here the fake red NDSL under the pretence of it being special edition.
5. kelly takes the bait and Top Games makes a 'GREAT' deal.
6. Then the story continues as what kelly told.
7. Top Games took to receipt to cover his behind.
8. Only after taking the receipt kelly found out it was fake but it was too late.
9. kelly complains but Top Games is in denial.

From what i think happen above. (Correct me if im wrong)

Top Games you should be ashame of yourself 'if' you are really selling fake stuff. Taking the receipt away from a buyer should never be practise.

On the other hand maybe Top Games were cheated by thier supplier so they can also be a victim in this case. (Thus not knowing the item was fake).

Either way kelly should be able to get her full refund back but without the receipt its going to be hard.

To all buyers out there make sure you never pass the receipt to seller even to look at cause they only have to see not to touch the receipt. If they want to make a remark on the receipt do it yourself and then show it the the seller that you already made the remark.

In this condition i say that the seller will be able to get away since the receipt is gone.

Top Games after reading your post i can see that your very arrogant. My advise is to fess up bout your mistakes and move on.

kelly i feel your lost but take this as a lesson to learn about a product your buying before buying it. There are so many fake things in this world and knowledge is the power to preventing yourself from buying them.

Yes. They are suppose to have warranty card.
My new consoles have a warranty card. That filled in 1 year.

Better than none.

That's the reason i posted it up.
Enough of evidence to prove that he's selling fake or refurbished consoles.
Nevertheless, he's been disappearing in this post to face the truth.

When one did mistake, they will think of a way to cover it.
Taking over the receipt will somehow demolish the evidence that i actually bought it from him.

btw, i think there enough reasons for top games to be put in dispute tag.

i think the best solution is still report to tribunal, get advise from them.. tell them ur situation, and c what they can do..

since TG said he is not selling fake NDS, and TS keep on saying she bought a fake NDS from TG..

But EU NDSL does not have bar code

to be frank, i blame TS more than i blame seller.

1, why is she so easy to trick?
i mean not even a record? at least sms record? or phone call record? or maybe lyn pms?

2, just because it's night doesn't mean that you can't check it? right?
at least phone's light can show you some image?
other than, where the hell did you 2 COD?? no light at all ka??

3, please, do you homework. don't just trust any seller just because he/she clean before!
kuchai lama i don't know where this place but i assumed it in selangor right?
then, shouldnt there be a lot of shops you can do survey at? IF you are a serious buyer and want to cut cost, you should do some surveying.
i saw some even posted there a shop right beside seller's shop!

TS have you report to the relevant authorities eg: police , tribunal as mentioned by a few forum members in regards to your case?

it is pointless ranting here in the forums if you want to get justice in your case. we can only point a finger at him and saying that he is wrong and shouldn't do it, but non of us have any authority to do anything about it...

All you did good is warning others to be aware of Top Games' dealings.

You forcing him here through the forum does not solve any issues if he chooses to ignore...even if i post that "hey TG you are wrong refund" do you think he really give a crap about it?

Please do yourself a favour by reporting to the right authorities as most people here are unable to help you get you your justice or refund and also helps warn those who may wanna buy stuffs from his shop but does not surf LYN just to be conned


Do the right thing, report to authorities... He has proven that he sold you the devices as per postings in this thread which is sufficient information that you require to lodge a report against him. Let the tribunal / police to do their search (hopefully fast enough)... if there are fakes / recon stuffs which he is passing as original in his shop, he will be bound to be in more trouble..

how come the seller didn't get the dispute tag ? cause it is confirmed that he was selling a fake NDS. i meant refurbished set. Not original NDS.

yea, i get my stuff from him as well.. so far i haf no problems at all lo.. both ps3 and psp are fine, no problems. i guess u were juz unlucky.. i hope both of u will settle this problem as soon as possible.. really kesian both sides. sorry but, imo, both sides are at fault.

Been reading your case for half an hour now.. I feel sorry for you but my advice to you TS is to be extra careful next time. I bought my DSi from a new LYN seller, COD at ikano and it took me more than half an hour to check every single detail of my DSi because I was very skeptical.. but luckily nothing is wrong. You should have known in the first place that if you're dealing with a seller that you COD with, you need to keep as much proof as you can in case of things like this happening. I was surprised you let him take your receipt.

So I hope this case will be settled. If the seller is lying, I hope TS will get some justice.. vice versa. Good luck.
