anyway, any tips for shooting at night? (besides slow shutter speed and increase ISO)?

and what shutter speed/exposure time is sufficient , usually?

hazril: For serious photo editing, get a darker LCD with less cd/m2. The minimum for pro work is an Eizo.

I still use a CRT though - black is black not some gray that won't show up in prints!

lol.. no any water source up there.. i'm not sure how, but a few of them always go camping and hiking etc.. so kinda have experience for these kinda things.. their camping gears kinda nice/complete/etc too.. so they'll survive the night i believe
