Yey eat eat eat! Don't trust yourself when you say you're eating alot, because you're not. Be crazy, be technical person, calculate your calories intake. You'll see where its lacking.

Imma skinny too. Where do you train?

Can I ask why you pick chest + biceps/ back + triceps on the same day? Because if I you do biceps on monday, wouldn't your biceps be too sore for back (eg. pull ups) on wednesday?

try doing chest and tri on the same day then u will know.. tongue.gif

chest and tri are related when u do chest workout while back and biceps are related when u do back workout..

so when u do incline presses for example..ur indirectly working ur tri's as well

That's not what he meant. He was implying that there might not be enough time for biceps to recover for back day on Wednesday.

I'm following what Lee Haney, previous 8-time Mr Olympia did. Because, yea, if you do tris after chest, you'll have less energy. And it's like, for example, training your tris twice. Once chest day, u indirectly train tris. Then the next day, u directly train it. It should be ok by the next day. A LOT BETTER than training it directly after chest.

Dear TS,

As a fellow newbie to body building & strength training, let me share with you what i have experienced so far.

Have been properly training for 3 months now. And am currently training at the office gym. I am following a proper training routine, with proper form (although i do suffer from the occasional "oi form kau senget sikit").

And trust me when i say that lifting heavy and sticking to the plan are the easy parts to training. Its the eating part thats hard. Yes, it is. Before i started training, i used to think eating 2-3 times a day is enough...when i was told it isnt, i just ate MORE duing my 2-3 times a day meals. Sadly, thats still not enough.

Now, after 3 months of lifting heavy, eating heavy and sleeping heavy, I can finally see some gains in the mirror.. you know how it works, its easier for other people to see your physical gains that you can see it yourself.

Oh another thing TS, unless you dont have the equipments or knowledge, you cant properly train at home.

I highly doubt so. Because you are using your arm muscles almost everyday if you workout.

Oh, don't forget the beef. It's the miracle food to gaining mass. Chicken, egg, or whatever doesn't come close to being as good as beef - at all!
