maybe they should just send all the cars back to gurun, remove all easily dismantled parts, then put them back together again, and viola........local assembled car...........faster than trying to kaotim customs........

It doesn't give a good impression on them. Instead of addressing the complains they delete it. Typical of Malaysia boleh attitude.

What is the use of calling their hotline? They are even better, they never bothered to call you back?

Do you guys plan to take a more agressive stand like cancelling the order?

guys,

just call to careline and they informt that all those pending registration and hold by Custom is only 1.6.....
no 2.0 at all..... that means that no 2.0 yet!! Careline said that actually they still waiting from KIA MOTOR KOREA for the 2.0 car......
so we will not get the car b4 CNYE!!!!!

RM265 for K&N filter 33-2380.
comes in bulk price down to RM250.
previous offer was RM245..

Wow, this is the biggest BS I ever heard. I thought the Regional manager told you the car is here? Even yesterday the Branch Manager says the car is here. But the biggest joke is I said since the car is here, I will go ahead and get number plate and his reply was no need at the moment.

Looks like they themselves know the truth but don't want to tell. Can we get back our deposit as my SA resigned and didnt give me a receipt?

They have been pulling my leg since November about the car. I am seriously considering I30 if I can get back my RM1k deposit.

Bomberman what is your plan? Going to bomb the HQ? Sorry man couldn't resist the pun.

for those who can't get the car deliver.. feel so sorry..
why don't you guy treat it as like buying lancer gt or other hot model..
some previous comment also saying lancer gt need to wait up to 7 months for delivery..
give a deadline for forte.. says few months as they mentioned.. if still can't deliver only cancel ur order..
i know is tough during the waiting period.. but forte is really a good car and worth for the wait.
once naza can clear the path then they would only dare to promise a real estimated delivery date.

previously they didn't remove any negative comments. they only remove only yesterday post about the delay. i think that one got more than 50 comments.. all bad one.
but somehow i agree with KM that its for fan page. he has the right and already warned not to post complaint there couple of times. fair enough for him to delete the comments.

we 1.6 buyers also feel sad to hear this. if naza managment got lots of problem.. we'll be affected too.. in term of spare part and second value..

So the fan page is a nice glossy picture. Typical Malaysian attitude. Well all here is fine and dandy and lets keep the shit under the rugs?

Sharing of information means sharing both good and bad information. It is like saying I have a cure for cancer but at the same time the side effect is you die of a heart attack which you don't tell people.

A good and professional management would have responded appropriately by giving timely information (even if it is bad news) instead of giving false hope to people. That is why people are bitter about it. I have followed their official line by calling the Careline and they don't even call you back.

So what do you do next?

Their actions represents management attitude towards their customers. Are they being pro-active in dealing with the situation or are you going to hope that they improve?

just have a suggestion .. since it already february .. why not u ask the SA, when is the earliest date to get 2010 year make model ? if it is april .. i rather wait .. at least is 2010 year make and u dont lost 1 year depreciation .. just my thought ...

i think Naza really make KIA looks bad .. that why i said , no problem with the car , the problem is the service provider ..

ahahah what if we got promised it will be delivered before 12th or before CNY and yet they cant deliver the promise?
shouldnt we do something about it? I personally like the car, but not the management...

no. all negative comments is still there for previous post. only yesterday one. maybe he's in bad mood. lol.
me no problem with the careline. never call them but they're the one that calling to ask about our new cars experience.

false hope given by whom? i guess mostly from SA. i've to admit most SA are not competent. some of them with no knowledge about forte at all.
one more thing, even KM mention its CKD but SA selling their car by mentioning CBU unit. in the end when this problem occur who to blame?

There's nothing to be done, can be done, or shud be done. Unless you know someone in the CORRECT G dept.

This is Not a FREE country you know, consumer doNT have power here, so we're always on the losing side.

It's already Wednesday, 11 more days to CNY, minus weekends meaning another 9 days to wait.

Everyday read this thread is not cheering me up at all..but i cant resist to read all the rumours everyone post blush.gif just like drivers cant resist slowing down at accidents scene to kepoh.

With each day passed away..our chances of getting the car be4 CNY (especially the 2.0) is slipping away sad.gif Only left about 7 working days ahead to get the car before CNY.

Careline info (from bomberman post) stating that there's no 2.0 yet in Malaysia already did the damage to me sad.gif sad.gif sad.gif
