coz careline only have standard reply. they won't bother to check further detail. coz further detail only SA should check.
let say your car get allocated, if you call careline they won't able to confirm you'll get the car and they will reply with the safe answer.
your SA is the one that should update you. check with him/her.
like mine, other people angry and express their dissatisfaction over the 1st batch.. some said can get some say cannot get. but i stay calm and trust my SA words and at the end get the car. different SA different outcome ler. if you don't get allocation, of course your SA will say must wait.
at some point i do agree that the management is suck. but hope this is only for 1st and 2nd batch. by the time Gurun is in full production, hope this issue will go away.

Reason i called careline also bcoz i know its not SA fault, calling and interogate them is unfair.
I'm anxious because i will be going overseas soon, and i don't want them to allocate during the week im gone. I worry they might re-allocate my car for someone else since im not around and end up when im home i have to wait for 3rd batch.
either they allocated b4 CNY, or confirm for me its after that - i'm still ok.
