I bought 1, but the surroundings look really shabby. Anyone know of any development plan? besides MRT 2,anything like second access, refurbishing of existing shops, etc?

I heard one damansara only 80 pct occupy now, most the house leaving empty probably couldn't find the tenant?

for me, 80% occupancy is consider ok jor
