Nowadays, many weighing machines can measure % of fat based on bioelectrical impedance . Generally, the higher the fat %, the lower the muscle %.

I watch Discovery before, the most accurate method to measure body composition is known as Hydrostatic Underwater Weighing. But very tedious.

Easier method is DEXA.

Who cares how much muscle or fat you have when the best indicator can be seen on your mirror.

We lift weights to have good physique, good definition. That's the whole point of it. But some people choose to lift weights for strength only, hahaha!!. They don't cut or they fail to cut, hagagaga, up to them la. They can be as bulky as they want. Wait till they see someone who is smaller in size than them, lean and big standing beside lifting as heavy as him, he would be embaressed.

Some people are big size only when they are wearing t-shirt, when they take off their clothes, they look like crap. Why? Because they are not muscles, they are fat. Hahahahaha!

I was referring to this. Bodybuilding isn't the only sport that requires lifting weights. The way you are "haha"ing about and being ignorant is disgusting.

The thing is you can't even prove yourself, don't say u don't need to. sweat.gif

Who does not know about that? You think I'm ignorant? I'm talking about the normal people in the gym. We are not bodybuilders, even my gym mate BF15% who has 18" arms, been lifting weights for the past 4 years, telling me that he doesn't consider himself as a bodybuilder. We lift weights for healthy lifestyle, gain some muscles, showing off to chiqs. All of us have the same goals, we bulk then we cut to have good definition. Yea, they want to be bulky, let them be. I didn't say they MUST cut or what, that is their life, their body, who cares? I don't really give a damn about people what they wanna do with their life.

The same thing again I'm going to say, I don't have to prove anything to you guys. Continue all the talk smack all you guys want. It won't bother me a bit at all. Just continue taking me as talk big person who can't lift weights but brag about lifting heavy. I like it really because it boost up my confidence and drive even more.

Just continue treating me the same way, I like it, really.

Refer to bold : That is not the whole point of it. different people has different goals my dear friend , some people go for looks , some people goes for strength. Perhaps u want to have good physique, but dont make everyone have the same goal with ya. On a side note, u dont gain strength by cutting, so even if u cut, doesnt mean u can lift heavy.

Do u think he trained to look good?

You are really f***ing stupid
First you say you dont care what people do and than you mock people for not cutting
Its obvious people like you, your only achievement is going from a fatass to a skinny weak f***
and cause u feel so inferior, u have to compare people using that
People like you is the reason bodybuilding isn't a popular sport in malaysia
The only reason everyone in HnF hates u is cause you have to brag about your lifts all over the place

Yeah...I was trying to cut a few weeks ago...dropped the calories and up the reps and sets...can notice I was only able to lift way lighter than usual.

Anyway I don't really care about how heavy I can lift, I just want to look good and appear as if I could lift heavy lol. As long as muscle gets the stimulation is good enough.

Zeist, c'mon. Neither you, nor any of us have the right to ridicule people for doing what they've set their minds to. If you really don't give a damn, then jesus bloody christ, stop bringing it up. doh.gif

Please leave this forum. You are really not welcomed among the H&F users, especially because all you do here is troll. IF you still want to post here, stop trolling or you'll receive a nice long holiday.

Also we still remember your 340KG leg press.
