Who cares how much muscle or fat you have when the best indicator can be seen on your mirror.

Yeah...I was trying to cut a few weeks ago...dropped the calories and up the reps and sets...can notice I was only able to lift way lighter than usual.

Anyway I don't really care about how heavy I can lift, I just want to look good and appear as if I could lift heavy lol. As long as muscle gets the stimulation is good enough.
