Polycarbonate Guzheng?? Alamak...does it sound good?

faceless...My band will perform a few songs with our world class Violinist friend from Romania that night too. He is a beast on the Violin. He will play the technically challenging Gypsy folk songs. This is not for the faint hearted. His level of playing will kill many world class Violinists!

I will inform you guys the moment ticket is up for sale. :-)

Faceles...I'm surprised the staff doesnt even know what act is on 8th Dec! MPO Concert booking Dept has already emailed me the confirmation many weeks ago.

Yes...it will be 'Around the World' with Fairytale Festival Band. It will feature Mr K.G (me) on Vocal, Mandolin, Mandola and Grand Piano....Ms Amanda on Dizi, Clarinet, Vocal, Irish Tin Whistles, Ms Gin on Violin and Erhu and Ms Vivian on Cello,Guzheng and Vocal.

You will hear excellent Folk and Pop music from Japan, Korea, South America, Middle East, Ireland, China, India, Malaysia, Romania, Australia, Sweden, USA, Africa and many more!

It will be Concert filled with laughters....not serious like those heavy weekend Classical concerts on MPO. There will a lot of Jokes from me on stage :-)

Kudos to Faceless for your enthusiasm! It's heart warming to see you folks supporting my Band. Yes..it's 'Around the World in 1 day". That's our show.

SUbang...I cant join you guys esok...got 3 long meetings in the evening. sigh...

La Bella...yes...1 hour...but I think we will perform longer :-)

FOlks...if you shout "Encore"...pls shout it very LOUD! The Louder the better...so that MPO will call us back for another round in 2011!

Thank you to thsoe of you who are attending the Concert. The turn out during Mei-Mei's Concert was very impressive indeed. It was almost full house!

My Band will be very happy if we can have 1/2 of that.

Faceless...good point. I asked MPO about teh poster...and they said they will do a poster soon. Well..whether they will do it or not....I dont know.

Wow...600 people?? hehehe....you guys sure have good imagination!hehehe...

subangman...my Guzheng player needs to change the entire set of 21 nylon strings. What brand is good...and where to buy? How much per set?

Wow...thx Subangman for your very detailed explanation. I dont think my band member's Guzheng need expensive strings for our concert on 8 Dec in MPO concert hall.

I'll see what other options there are on-line.

subangman...my schedule is pretty tight now..with school holds and many back to back shows all over Malaysia. If you are around PJ during CNY...you are most welcome to come to my hosue to test. Ok?

Subangman, Faceless..come CNY...my Angels all balik kampung with millions of other Malaysians lor! They are not from Klang Valley.

Better drive to Singapore and carry it back. I know the EASON boss personally. He's a fan of my Shanghai Angels :-D
