How fast and stable is Evilash's LEO compared to Valkyrie?

Keyboard quality is lower is an understatement...

Understatement as in saying it's lower quality is almost too good.

X1's keyboard is crap once dust creeps in. Total crap.

Windows Phone 7 is a no-go for phone-tech geeks.

No true multitasking, no customization, no heavy duty stuff.

WM6.1 got no MMS? Means totally cannot use?

I'm planning to switch to Evilash soon, I want speed and stability, and also I want to use Shapewriter, it's faster than Swype but the predictions is not working properly on WM6.5

Downloading Evilash ROM is so slow.. no other mirrors?

Arggh... But it won't download... stuck half way. Can help?


ANybody kinds enough to provide me with Evilash's Themed ROM? I couldn't download it, keep stuck.

Using Evilash's ROM now thanks to Tompok!

While it isn't exactly fast, it's definitely much smoother compared to other WM6.5 ROMs out there, no hitch while scrolling through Manila etc.

The start menu is quite a let down though.

Boot time: Valkyrie V6.1 -> 2 minutes, Evilash -> 1minute 40 seconds.

Evilash's ROM will freeze without reason halfway using... Very unpredictable. Unlike Valkyrie ROMs that only freeze when you do something specific like opening and closing the keyboard rapidly multiple times.

Any success with other X1 users? Maybe the software is not fine tuned for our hardware? TP's processor is actually a little bit different from ours because we have an additional graphic chip which might change things in our processor too which might be needed for it to work properly together.

Just guessing.

X1 is closer hardware wise with HD.

Compared with Evilash?

Using fatsal's 21 Feb Edition of Android for Xperia...

Can't seem to boot android. The white words just go on and on for more than 20 minutes.

I don't have any SODs with Evilash ROMs. Just occasional hangs when using it half way.

Finally able to run Android on my phone after formatting my card. Any recommendations on what's fun to play with there?

The animation seems laggy, but the browser is nice to use.

I'm using TouchPal's Compact QWERTY input method now, very nice to use.

The prediction is very accurate and it's very easy to input new words. Just needs some getting used to.

The only disadvantage that is a true disadvantage is just the lack of memory cards. IMO.
