Guys, my Lycosa™ TouchPanel™ always unresponsive, I have to unplug and re-plug the keyboard to fix it. Also the "A" and "Esc" keys sometimes not working. It's getting annoying rite now, apparently this is a common problem for this keyboard. This site suggest that I should open up my Lycosa™, thus voiding my warranty. Should I RMA this or do it myself?

Go and send it for RMA..
My older Lycosa have the same problem..
Easier rather than u void the warranty..

@victor - Call them up or if u live nearby, go and ask..

@Jay - No receipt can maybe RMA but need 2 pay $$ i think..
Dat's if ur mouse is still in warranty period..

Go RMA it. I have the Touch Panel problem together with blinking LEDs as well on my first Lycossa and the replacement given had been working great so far smile.gif

just got myself a Mamba, totally sweet, blew all my other mice away even the X8 is nowhere near its ergonomics, smoothness and the usability of high dpi settings. only thing the X8 wins is the switching between wired / wireless mode.

One question, do you guys who owns the mamba every given any thought of the replacement li-ion polymer battery? Are there any replacement battery we can purchase for the mamba??

Yeah never really worried about the replacement battery. The way I see it, once the battery goes dead I'll either use it as a wired mouse, or more likely, put it in my collection room (i.e. store room ;p) and get a new mouse. Hopefully Razer would have released a new high end wireless mouse by then. Or if not, I'd be happy to get another Mamba anyway.
