where to RMA razer mouse?? my friend's lachesis is not responding to clicks on all button, it keep changes profile when click on any button. cursor can move around but cannot click. once clicked = change profile. tried firmware update/downgrade no help, windows 7, vista and xp driver no help oso...

go ban leong RMA nid to bring receipt?? or just the mouse can ady?? my fren lost his receipt and no idea how to settle the dead mouse now
