Erm... It seems like supplementary line has to be changed to principle line.
Unless change your supplementary line to prepaid and then use prepaid BIS:

Can Prepaid be supp line to DG Smart Plan? OCS says yes, Digi counter says no.

HTC Legend up-front payment, OCS says RM999 + RM68 + RM500, Digi counter says RM999 + RM500.

Digi is really getting on my nerves.

by the way i just cut my sim card into microsim with a pair scissors. for ipad haha...lucky still can detect network
