Hi guys and girls,

i want to ask something regarding Digi Postpaid plan and Family plan.

1. I want to subscribe for Digi Pospaid. Can i go to any Digi Specialized store and choose my numbers like Celcom have?

2. Minimum subscription is RM50 for Digi Postaid with family Package. I am the principal and my gf will be my supplementary. Is it true that all sms, call and video call between family is free the whole time? Or do need certain RM usage then can use for free? I want to subscribe for RM50

3. How is the coverage in UUM? especially calls and 3G? Anybody studying there and care to let me know?

4. As i saw in the digi website, i need to pay minimum RM50 (principal) + RM30 (supplementary) = RM80. Is this information correct? or any extra charge?

5. How is the customer service for Digi?

I hope that somebody willing to answer all my enquiries above. Thanks very much!!

yes u can... even those phone shops can do it... sometimes they would have nice nos but u wud need to pay for it lor... else just head to digi center or digi specialized store and choose the nos u like...

rm50 for principal and rm30 for supplementary of ur gf... yes, calls and sms all free... totally no limit unlike celcom and maxis do... tat's de advantage of digi have comparing to maxis and celcom...

yes... rm80... for ur principal; rm50 and ur sup; rm30... if u subscribe to autobilling... u'll get rm5 discount off ur bill... and if u take e-billing aka no paper bill will be send to u... u r opt'ing off another rm3 charged to u... ha... wat else ar? hehe...

5. How is the customer service for Digi?

cust service? i would say the best among all the telco in malaysia... i dare not say the best in the world but seeing our levels of cust service of telcos... i dare say, digi is the best...

Not sure, I'm not as hardcore as you. Due to work, I only can download around 1GB per day when I'm at home. smile.gif
Oh ya, if accumulated download, I have downloaded more than 30GB too. smile.gif

Well at least we will know soon if there is a FUP. Will complain later about the network again and see if they already restored it or not

max coverage up to Pekan Meru's Petronas ler..that also 2 bar only tongue.gif...i usually tend to test signal where ever i go..the best coverage and speed so far i find around klang would be setia alam (usually go there for dinner)

my last bill was supposed to be around RM134, but due to their problem, i have to pay for RM244.50 (extra around RM100).
so last sunday when i called their CS, they said they accidentally overcharged me for RM94 something, and promised to give the refund via talktime to my prepaid number, latest by wednesday.

now already thursday, i still havent receive any single cent. i know, its only 1 day extra, but a promise is a promise.
so just now, i D'Chat with them to report about this matter, and they promised to give the talktime latest by Monday (18/01).

im not mad, but if let say i have not report about this, then the refund might be getting delayed and 1 day, might be completely forgotten/neglected/ignored sad.gif

Guys~ I don't know why but my digi sim card cannot use. I've tried on several phones already, Nokia 6680, Nokia 3220, LG KS20, I-Mobile 902, all cannot~ all no signal~ I don't know why~ >_<
