my last bill was supposed to be around RM134, but due to their problem, i have to pay for RM244.50 (extra around RM100).
so last sunday when i called their CS, they said they accidentally overcharged me for RM94 something, and promised to give the refund via talktime to my prepaid number, latest by wednesday.

now already thursday, i still havent receive any single cent. i know, its only 1 day extra, but a promise is a promise.
so just now, i D'Chat with them to report about this matter, and they promised to give the talktime latest by Monday (18/01).

im not mad, but if let say i have not report about this, then the refund might be getting delayed and 1 day, might be completely forgotten/neglected/ignored sad.gif
