just to make it more clearly:
for the 3 years contract,
u have to pay for 3 years,
but it only include of 2 years subscription fee,
meanwhile on the 3rd year, u have to pay the same amount as 1st and 2nd year,
and add on the monthly subscription fee like RM88 etc.

You should seriously look at improving Smart Plan FAQ.

1) What is the speed? Previous smart plan was 1Mbps. Now?

2) Is there a tenure of 3 months if we just take the plan & decide to terminate the next day? Previously had....

I couldn't find the FAQ anymore, it was there last week but tried to find it again yesterday, I failed.

Oh, thanks for the clue. Found the speed at FAQ (under Support). Now it is 700Kbps

Line should be active almost immediately if registered at DiGi Centre/Counter. Only the internet sometimes takes 24 hours for you to use.

The new Smart Plan no tenure if we just take the plan right? e.g. if I subscribe today & decided to unsubscribe tomorrow, can right?

Coz the previous smart plan got tenure of 3 months & penalty of RM200 if terminate during that time frame.

my housemate just applied for MNP to Digi,
she wanna subscribe to smart plan only,
but the dealer told her,
smart plan are only for HTC and BlackBerry phone,
she is using iPhone,
so far cannot apply Smart Plan only,
must tag on with any DG call plan like DG50+smart plan(internet unlimited),
is it true?
