But if that is the case, it is not worth talking as it is a rare opportunity. Far less user than any other plan. Not worth praising and discussing for a plan that limited to only a small (relatively) group of people. All telco have that kind of plan, so no point discussing.

Well, each of the permanent employees can register up to 15 lines for anyone. So if you have any friend working in DiGi, you may grab a chance there. Oh well, I'm not sure if you were given such a chance will you take it or not considering you hate DiGi so much.

Anyway, continue complaining about the shitty encounter you face with its freebies system. Who knows one day they may listen to your complaint.

Well, for every telco has its own policy and pros & cons, none of the company is able to satisfy everyone's need. So I think it's good too to have some complains. Sometimes if everyone is entitled to all freebies, I do wonder if anyone will really appreciate it?

Nobody is perfect.
I have my hatred part about DiGi too, its billing is the worst of what I had among other telcos I have previously subscribed to.
But who doesn't like freebies?
I guess it is the unethical sellers that make these freebies unfair to us, the normal users.

I'm currently using the second revision of Ambassador Plan, the first version was so attractive, something that nobody can resist. Something like free unlimited data, free RM 250 calls and etc. There were DiGi staffs abused this plan and started selling these lines to black market for a very high price, DiGi found out and pulled back everything. Did second revision and poofed, we only got free rebate RM 50 on our monthly bill now. Very big difference compared to the earlier version.

Who to be blamed? Those "certain" people.

Are you only complaining when you hate someone or something? I don't. I even complaining about things I love.

If I hate DiGi that much, I wouldn't persuade all of my friends (of course not all of them fall for my persuasion skill) and certainly not going to use DiGi since 1998. Hope you don't get me wrong on DiGi in the future.

Anyway, I tried to persuade everyone to go to DiGi but everyone has been telling me "their coverage is weak", "DiGi sounds so cheap". Maybe it is a bad idea to be cheap in the first place.

I agree with you those two was the main 'excuse' for them to resist my persuasion spell (though about 50% of them fell for it ), but as far as I'm concern I only face those two 'excuse' up until early 2009. By mid 2009 it has been far easier to persuade my friends to switch to DiGi. The success rate went up from 50% to like 70%.

I believe it is easier to persuade now because of the marketing tool DiGi has somehow displayed to the people. Sounds very convincing and they actually make youth group as their target population.

For me i will tell them, "Yeah....DiGi is really cheap in term of pricing but they never neglect on good services and network qualities; if u compared with the so called 'branded' money sucker $M, paying expensive service, what in return are dropped call, bad customer service and $ucker monthly bill" . if u compare their data plan is even far apart, expensive yet not reliable broadband.

The coverage is a few years back issue on DiGi, but do they aware of DiGi YCF? my god, do they ever watch advertisement? i never encounter places where is no coverage for the past year...

Really? I just asked them about this. But, they said it's the same policy just that there is 50% discount on the subscription.

Not sure, but as far as I know this is DiGi Internet and actually meant for surfing from the phone, just like DiGi Campus. Hence it has no FUP. If it is DiGi Broadband then it has FUP.

Yes.. It's unlimited. They don't limit it. It's just that they throttle it to 128kbps once your usage is > 3GB. They do have FUP on DiGi 3G as well. The subscription will be on the plan Internet Unlimited Montly 58 which has quota of 3GB. http://www.digi.com.my/internet/3g/pricing_58.html
