Well, for every telco has its own policy and pros & cons, none of the company is able to satisfy everyone's need. So I think it's good too to have some complains. Sometimes if everyone is entitled to all freebies, I do wonder if anyone will really appreciate it?

I have my hatred part about DiGi too, its billing is the worst of what I had among other telcos I have previously subscribed to.
But who doesn't like freebies?

I guess it is the unethical sellers that make these freebies unfair to us, the normal users.
I'm currently using the second revision of Ambassador Plan, the first version was so attractive, something that nobody can resist. Something like free unlimited data, free RM 250 calls and etc. There were DiGi staffs abused this plan and started selling these lines to black market for a very high price, DiGi found out and pulled back everything. Did second revision and poofed, we only got free rebate RM 50 on our monthly bill now. Very big difference compared to the earlier version.

Who to be blamed? Those "certain" people.
