QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 6 2010, 11:31 AM) I'm worse than you, I only see a still map with no colour shading at all. Anyway, where is your location? I'm in Seapark and it has 3G coverage. The same problem here. What the h3ll happen with DiGi lately?

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 6 2010, 12:00 PM) Not sure but it is not yet a hell experience for me. I'm still loving DiGi. Every month, I get RM 50 discount on my bill and RM 30/month for unlimited 3G. That's absolutely fun! RM50 discount? Tell me about it.

QUOTE(Darkmage12 @ Jan 6 2010, 11:21 PM) the plan only applicable if you have friends or family working in digi Thanks for the info. But if that is the case, it is not worth talking as it is a rare opportunity. Far less user than any other plan. Not worth praising and discussing for a plan that limited to only a small (relatively) group of people. All telco have that kind of plan, so no point discussing. QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 6 2010, 11:46 PM) Well, each of the permanent employees can register up to 15 lines for anyone. So if you have any friend working in DiGi, you may grab a chance there. Oh well, I'm not sure if you were given such a chance will you take it or not considering you hate DiGi so much.
Anyway, continue complaining about the shitty encounter you face with its freebies system. Who knows one day they may listen to your complaint. Are you only complaining when you hate someone or something? I don't. I even complaining about things I love. If I hate DiGi that much, I wouldn't persuade all of my friends (of course not all of them fall for my persuasion skill) and certainly not going to use DiGi since 1998. Hope you don't get me wrong on DiGi in the future. This post has been edited by Spade: Jan 7 2010, 12:30 AM

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 7 2010, 12:51 AM) I apologise for the remarks I made. Anyway, I tried to persuade everyone to go to DiGi but everyone has been telling me "their coverage is weak", "DiGi sounds so cheap". Maybe it is a bad idea to be cheap in the first place. No problem bro. I agree with you those two was the main 'excuse' for them to resist my persuasion spell (though about 50% of them fell for it ), but as far as I'm concern I only face those two 'excuse' up until early 2009. By mid 2009 it has been far easier to persuade my friends to switch to DiGi. The success rate went up from 50% to like 70%.

QUOTE(Darkmage12 @ Apr 11 2010, 11:17 AM) FYI for the last 4 quarters the ONLY major telco that has been gaining market share is Axiata's subsidiary Celcom. The rest are losing market shareIf that is the case, which one is the biggest looser then? It won't surprise me if it is DiGi. p/s: Celcom Axiata Berhad (formerly known as Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad) This post has been edited by Spade: Apr 11 2010, 11:43 AM

QUOTE(fruitie @ Apr 11 2010, 12:45 PM) Well, they like to have a small stall and giving out free "SIM cards". With no cost or whatsoever. Once you give them your I.C., gone case! They don't register for you a new number but instead port you out from your current provider. Never fall into this trap! What the he*l. Someone must put this sh*t to stop. Shame on them!!!

QUOTE(fruitie @ Apr 11 2010, 12:55 PM) They always camp at KL Sentral, so everyone please be alert of that. Always say "no". I always see them and every time say the same thing to me. I smile and say "no thanks". So never fall into this trap. I haven't really reading this forum lately because of my busy schedule, so obviously I have missed that news. Thanks for the info. Luck me not to take it. Otherwise my RM200++ credit will gone just like that. What about my postpaid? Will they port that too if I take their sim pack?

QUOTE(fruitie @ Apr 11 2010, 02:02 PM) Yes, they will port you out but if you have an outstanding payment with your provider, in a way you will "escape". Never fall to them. Isn't by registering a new account is easier compared to porting out these users out from their current provider? In a way, I will feel better if they cheat the users by registering to a new account rather than existing account. Damn hassle to run here and there for this. Perhaps that is what they wanted in the 1st place. Hoping that some people who to busy to "run here and there" to just stay with them after being conned to port.
