prefer freehold unit. i have go to view usj heights, i like the environment there, but no much unit to choose for double storey one... left the one facing junction only.... so got any other suggestion?

after seeing your reply, i was also wondering what is jade hills all about, i paid a visit to their property gallery last month and was really impress with their landscaping and stuffs.
what shocked me was that their price is moving up q fast. Their terraces now is selling at RM859K instead

I am looking for freehold, landed property and possible new developments in area of cheras, kajang, PJ, puchong...
my budget are at range of 300K
i know for this term, we need approx 1 million for new developments... but i am just looking if there are any that suited my budget... Single storey corner lot are ok too..

Added on October 31, 2011, 4:23 pmWe bought a unit in Twin Palms in July 2010. It was about 10% higher than launch price but we saved on building interest for a year. Maint fees is Rm280 for terrace which is very reasonable considering the nice clubhouse and well maintained gardens. The guards are doing their rounds well. We have stayed for 6 months now. Like the place a lot and we dont like going out as much anymore.

GR is almost finished, but the prices have almost doubled from their launch price. Great for investment!

If Kajang is not too far, there is Gita Bayu, Jade Hills, Twin Palms and Kajang 2, all g&g.
