hmmm.... i believe both are d same for oc term, i'll choose d one w/ better distro service + look. r2e has better layout but pwm heatsink is abit overdone (ala ah beng style) while gayga looks more simple while havin less pleasant layout (pci-e x16 ports are abit crowed there). if it's free, am happy to use either one, but if i were to fork out my own hard earned $$$, i'll choose biostar gigabyte in sgp...
