Those that awaits X2 555BE C3 revision..Stay tune..it should release soon.
(by Fud) ~.~ "The company claims the new Phenom II X2 555 BE dual core will be its fastest dual core CPU, but the three new Athlon IIs are also worth looking into, primarily the 635. AMD's cache-less Athlon IIs offer great bang for buck. The Propus-based 630 runs at 2.8GHz and costs under €90, which is truly unbeatable value for money. The 635 will continue the tradition and could easily end up being the CPU of choice the sub-€100 market." @FUD. |

Hmm, I been looking for sweet spot of my 955BE, balancing Vcore and frequency and I found it worked perfectly at 3.8GHz with 1.35V, to achieve stable 4GHz I need more than 1.45V and the temperature can top 65C.
I wonder, what are the fastest DDR2 memory I could buy? |

I continue using this mobo is because its SLi support, and its amazing overclockability. I couldn't find any of the 'new' 980a chipset mobo

QUOTE(hilmiangah @ Jan 6 2010, 09:25 AM) yo guys. preferred gfx, need for dual gfx (or not), ddr2/ddr3 platform, all parts or just cpu only sir? lets said someone have a budget of RM1500 for a quad amd rig build. what kind of hardware would u guys recommend.i hear some rumor that finally a new C3 stepping quad can do 4ghz stable.can u guys recommend some decent mobo and ram to go along with it. for 4ghz stable, at least a 955 is needed but imo voltage won't be too friendly (i've seen c3 doin prime stable @ 1.4xV). 3.8~3.9GHz is more realistic target. if RM1.5k just for cpu, board + ram then u can have a nice setup there (well, mebe a 4x00 gfx too)... |
