I think Mo0 was referring to the 1680Z... why kenot use with a200? I think it would be the perfect lens to comment you a200...

coolio2199 : Whats wrong with using a Zeiss on a a200? LOL. Well 55200 is a good lens. (: Go for it. (:

Yeaaa... loving every second of my 55200... can use f4 at 100mm... nice for portrait already... hehehe... IQ also gorgeous!

QUOTE(achew @ Jan 4 2010, 11:03 PM)
it depend on whether u wan a "compact" lens..or u have something specific in mind..some specific effect u want to achieve....if u only wan to take snap shots of everything that appear on ur sight..ur kitlens would do the job..or maybe a 18~250
to be frank..i seriously rank lens > body...
*
Have to agree with achew... but need fundings for that though... tongue.gif

Okai thanks sifus. Anyway suddenly had a thought. Ever since I got my Zeiss, my UWA has been very very lonely. So thought of selling it off to a owner that would use it more and get myself a big gun. How? Any takers for my UWA? =p

lildaredevil906: It's not legal. Send The Edge a bill for one time use in print.

Kul | Mo0: Nice shot! This style of composition follows smashpop's (if you realize how he composes.) Eh, you have a 50mm F1.8?

There will be the usual comment that the eyes are not in focus. However, isn't it a nice shot, regardless?

Also, you will regret selling the ultra-wide angle lens eventually. Best you keep it in the meantime.

soket: Go manual focus on this one!

tanjq87: A minor increase in contrast might help, as well as a boost in the green channel (down to the Tint slider in whatever RAW program.) As it is the green channel is usually the cleanest.

Braynumb: I hope the lens inspires you!

lildaredevil906: Send them an email with invoice attached. Something like "I see that you have used my photo without my prior consent." A decent editor would know and respect this. Legal action would be a bit out of budget. I'd say something in a decent 3-digit range would do.

like albnok said, send them an email informing them of the issue and request that they remove (if u want them to remove it) the pictures and provide you with a fair amount of compensation for not asking for your permission to use your photos.

they (and also you) do not want the matter to go so far as to end up in court.

In DxO is HSL-Green Channel? Then boost the hue, saturation or lightness? rclxub.gif Not good in PP work.
