Technical side shown that there might be slow economic factory production & global slowdown. This news cause Silver move tandem with Crude Oil and aside with his brother, Gold temporary but...., bear in mind that, opportunity is here! Silver is the poor man's gold.

btw, i am looking silver at USD35-36.

Ummm, I saw it for RM167 the cheapest I have seen but the problem is there is milk spots/tarnish on it. The problem with this coins is that they have milk spots or tarnish fast. I am scared about my andean cat :S

Added on August 9, 2011, 9:28 pmThe 2008 Belarus Legend of the Cuckoo 20 Rubles. One of the most beautiful coins I have seen. It is .925 silver as most commemorative coins are sterling silver. 5000 mintages in the whole world. My next target biggrin.gif

Was reading some comments else where that if the PAMP 1kg bar is stamp with 999.0 instead of 999 it is a fake. Anyone care to shed some light? There are two camps one say it is still genuine another say it is not  wink.gif

Anyway I've send an email to PAMP, will update once I get a reply.

Hope to listen from you soon.
Thanks for the share in advance.

sorry chunyen2020 if you don't understand cos i'm lazy to type  sweat.gif

anyways, it has been explained in details by SRDC global. i hope it shed some light.

bottomline, buying silver is a no brainer. buy it when you fell like buying. you don't have to wait the price to drop or up, just buy. honestly no one know when is the best time to buy.

i think i've explained in previous posts on which type of silver is best to buy and why. again i'm lazy to type. just check them when you're not sure.

Got the idea after a length explanation from SRDC. =P
I actually got into silver due that I see it as a term of investment.
Well, it did correct me in a certain ways. =D

these 2 are called canadian wildlife series. the timber wolf is quite expensive as it has limited mintage and the bear is still circulating so it's cheaper. it's best to have 1 set. luckily i managed to get 2 sets at a very reasonable price. i think the wolf alone is selling around RM200 or less a bit and the bear around RM165.

Yup, they really are the cheapest in the market. Do you know anyone selling canadian maples silver cheapest in singapore and malaysia? why aren't the maples price highest? since their purity is 9999, I would have thought they command higher premiums.

Sorry, still new to this, but bought quite a few bars from goldchan and some pamp suise silver, now I will complete my investment/collection with 1 pc of kilo bar and some coins.

Added on August 9, 2011, 11:03 pmHey guys!!

Can anyone tell me where is the best place to buy canadian maples or koala in singapore or malaysia? so far I found the lowest price is RM 145 each with 25 x 1oz purchase. Cheaper with purchase of more than 500 pcs, but no money to buy so many lah.

Let us know o.k?

There will be tax for .999 silver coins from other countries regardless of where you buy it.
as for .925 i think its the same but since you're buying it from ebay maybe you can ask the seller to send you as a gift.
i mean claim it as a gift la so don't have to tax since its only 1 coin.
Update us when you got it ya~!!!

Hi Baby1985,
As for this moment, there isn't any place where we can invest silver like the gold investment account in public bank or maybank.
From what I know, UOB in singapore has it already and hopefully Malaysia will have it too.
As for storage, you can invest in a safe deposit box being bolted to the wall and cemented to the floor at your house.
or you can get a safe deposit box in banks (i don't know the charges)
or you can seek third party safe deposit box like royal safe etc.

Hope it helps!!

chef,
i think we can easily bulk out 500pc here. especially for maple silver. dun mind taking 25pcs here. hm...we need 20pax to buy 500 if each of them take 25pc laugh.gif

RM145 is indeed a good price. share lorrr while the price still playing at USD38++ now.

do ask if you have any questions biggrin.gif
Yes I'm a member of SRDC Global which focuses a lot on financial education and we do have our own dirham.
I'm not a dirham seller per se, but I do sell it to people if they ever want SRDC silver dirhams or Morgan silver bars.
I normally just stock up as savings myself.
Might consider posting a [WTS] thread next time, what do you think?
SRDC global does not have an official rep. It consist of mainly its members and I believe there are many in this forum as well  wink.gif
you're an SRDC-ian as well?
*
no I am not a SRDC-ian..
I just want to know why that SRDC minting silver dirham instead of normal 1 Oz silver coins?
I think it people would be more interested if you release on 1 Oz coins instead of 1 Dirham.

O.k. guys, it's in singapore and we have to make payment as per usual, within 24 hours, and self collection. We have to act fast in case the price jumped, how should we proceed?

By the way, as long as anyone of you are malaysian and NOT working in singapore or PR, we all get another 7% off!! so imagine RM 145 plus another RM 10 off.

So let's see if we can get a few of you, gather enough money to buy 500 pcs (I'm buying 25 maples and 25 koalas, the rest is out of stock) all meet up in singapore this few days (if you can't come, get some one to come lah, unless you trust us with the money) make the purchase and payment within 24 hours, collect the goods the next day, fly or drive out from singapore, get back the GST you paid (that's where the 7% off comes from) and we're done!!

Sorry I don't have so much money to pay for 500 pcs on your behalf, but I will drive you guys around. If you need low cost accomodation ( about SGD 90 a day) I can arrange. maybe you guys can take this opportunity to tour in singapore too and visit the universal studio! smile.gif
