Hello lowyat, I want to buy toshiba satellite l645 cpu fans & heatsink? any1 know where can i buy? becuz i went to a shop which is located near my home he said it cold take a week to order that thing.. and then i tried call toshiba servce center he said it could probably took 2-3 weeks.. Any1 know where? in lowyat perhaps.
edit: Also i want to ask that whenever i play games with my laptop like 1 hour it will get very very hot... but i still hear fan kick in and the air blowing out from the sides is really hot.. is it becuz my heatsink broken or my heatsink covered with dust? need some help, anyone here still have the brochure from Nov/Dec 2012 for the toshiba laptop? was trying to register for the 3 years warranty but the support fella says need to send the brochure scan as proof.

Hi guys!
 Need some serious advice here.. Planning to buy Toshiba Satellite S855 from ipmart.com.. The unit is US set so I cannot claim warranty locally here  can only claim warranty from US and I have to send to their shipping branch in order to claim warranty. Is Toshiba reliable and last enough for maybe 2 years? Kindly advice.. |

My 10 months old L850 is having problems when using games. Keeps on shut down by itself when playing games. Overheat probs?

Hi all,
The volume control rotary dial at the front of my Toshiba Satellite M300 stopped working. When I turn the dial, the volume jumps erratically regardless if I'm increasing or decreasing the volume. Is there any way to fix it?  This symptom is also happening to my car radio volume control (the rotary type) as well as the scroll on my bluetooth mouse. Will anyone be able to shade some light on this syndrome? Thanks!  |
