Hi guys, I am not exactly computer savvy so I dont really dare to do much tweaks on my laptop.

Ok so I have a Qosmio x775, and what i would like to findout is there anyone which can help with downgrading the bios to the stock 1.1?
Many people had downgrade the bios and gone was the throttling problem.
Been using this for 2 years, I have decided to get it cleaned and as well try to downgrade the bios as well.

Help much appreciated.

I'm the owner of the Toshiba L645, Intel core I3 Laptop.

Bought it during 2010, overall I love Toshiba because it's really durable.

My laptop already fell on the floor more than 4 times still okay, no problem.

So far i'm so satisfied with this product

Wah.. Really not much Toshiba users around.. Well if anyone knows a good service center to repair laptops please let me know. Prefer toshiba specialised shops if possible.

what kind of problems? There are pple selling in GS for 4k, but without warranty... 4k is a good price for the specs. but no warranty, a bit worried.

I tested HP DV6 i7-2670QM with HD6770M full hd screen. The temperature can basically make melt my chocolate bar.

Met 2 questions: Brightness Adjustmen and 3D spec crack....haiz~

I own a toshiba satellite A665 3D. Nw I can't controls the screen brightness, it shows level 1 for the brightness in the bar but the brightness was level 8 actually....it was like stunt grenade... ==ii

fn key was not function....control panel can't adjust the brightness....and I had tried several ways to slove this:
- restart computer and pressing 30 sec on power button reset factory default setting in BIOS (failed)
- reinstall display, bla bla bla driver (failed)
- update GPU drivers (failed)
- format OS (last step but no try yet)

Also the toshiba eco utility does not work either. I'm not sure if that is because the screen brightness doesn't work or if it's a completely different problem.




Another question was...My 3D vision spec was cracked...some crash accident caused this happened...
Can it be repaired or replace the glass? or I just buy a new spec and reconnect the signal to my lappy?

My Toshiba Qosmio F-60 suddenly shut down, what I mean is that the whole thing is like straight shut down, mean straight away off itself without showing the shut down wording. Is like suddenly there is a loss of power. It just 'poof' and the laptop dah off dah.

Then the power button will have an 'orange' light light up, where i have to turn off all the power source and press the power button for 1 - 2 mins, then only i able to start up.

When the orange light lighted up, the power button will not able to start up the laptop, is like total no response. And it happens quite frequently, until recently dunno what happens, it still happens just the orange light no longer light up but white colour on the 'switch' logo instead. SO that i can straight start up the laptop.

It happens quite randomly. Sometime start up and masuk windows then already happened. I normally use it for browsing hmm.gif I suspect is motherboard problem.

[URGENT]
Hi guys, sorry to disturb, need some advise.
I bought toshiba satellite p745 two years ago, now when i turn up the volume up to 50%, the speaker on the right part have buzzing sound and the pieces on the middle of the speaker seems to vibrate. The problem just started today.

any idea about this problem? is it fixable? how much the cost will be?
