QUOTE(rachy @ Jul 30 2011, 05:24 PM) I used to own a Qosmio F60, which is physically exactly the samea s the F750... The only selling point of the F750 is the 3D... the GPU is rather crappy... the laptop can only be used for 3D movies, not gaming... For that kind of budget, you can opt for much more powerful alternatives like Asus G series, Alienware, Sager etc. |

Good to hear that the recovery partition is still intact
yeah, 3.68GB usable is abit low, but normal. Better not install a different W7... even if you do, make sure you don't wipe out the recovery partition |

Why not just use Foxit Reader ?
or Sumatra PDF if you just want a reader.. This post has been edited by lee_what2004: Aug 2 2011, 04:30 AM |

Hello. Am looking for a Toshiba laptop.
My requirement is, a laptop which enable me to use software such as Photoshop well(not always hang while using), can play games, but prefer with numeric keypad along. Any suggestions? Btw, how to choose graphic cards? there's 2 type right? Intel HD graphics or Nvidia? What's the difference and functions? Thank you. =) |

Budget ?
If play games, stick with nVIdia/ATi. Stay away from Intel HD unless you mean facebook games. |

Nvdia and AMD (previously called ATI) specialize in offering gaming solutions or maybe i hv to neglect the numeric keypad to widen my choice? hehe You can always extend warranty to 3 years (for a price, that is Depends, if you only want Toshiba, then there are other 14" alternatives. If want other brands, then plentiful haha |

Ok. Thx for your help! Will be going to do research in the market later~
Added on August 4, 2011, 11:24 pmAfter shopping, search one. Toshiba Satellite L755-1009X is still the best! i5-2410M, Nvidia GT525M 1GB graphic, 4GB RAM, 640GB HDD, 3 years warranty @RM2399 somemore free 2GB RAM! That's good enough d right?
