Qosmio X770 is fairly new.... I doubt they're be display units in lowyat plaza... but you can pre-order them already if you want nod.gif
Not sure about the Thinkpad though, try asking from Lenovo sellers in Garage Sales, can try PM hikari85 or devour  nod.gif

2 years is kind of short-lived for a Toshiba sad.gif
What happened?  shocking.gif

It's starting to short my USB modems. To date three of my Huawei modems were burned by the machine. Also, it's battery consumption is also crazy - it lasts no more than an hour ever since day one I bought it. Other than that I think it's a good machine - very durable

It is normal for battery to wear over 50% in almost one year?

Model : Toshiba Satellite L655
Battery : 6cell
Bought date : 7/8/2010 at PC Fair

Yeah, its possible... batteries won't last long when exposed to constant heat...
Which is why its highly recommended to remove the battery when you're playing games or using resource intensive programs nod.gif

Premium line laptops are more exclusive, better built and comes with innovative stuffs hehe~
Toshiba's Satellite P745 is considered premium, so is the Portege and Tecra series wub.gif

Can say the price difference is significant laugh.gif
Just try not to judge Toshiba units by only considering the CPU and GPU like most ppl do... there's more to Toshiba units than just those nod.gif

I din't have any problems with chrome so far... hmm.gif
Rather weird...
