guys, where toupdate my driver for graphic card. or do i need to do that? when installing games, keep prompting not supported the direct x

Toshiba's website graphic card drivers are very, very outdated... try upgrading via AMD/Nvidia's website nod.gif
Be sure to choose 32/64-bit installers correctly nod.gif

DirectX 11 is preinstalled,
but some games still run at DX9..

went to ati website. there are 2 options. first is catalyst packages - 1.1mb. second is individual package - 62mb.

which one should i download?

light me up on directX.if i install directX11, it will support the earlier version except for directX9. so,i have to install both directX11 and directX9 right

Basically you need to install DX9 since it doesn't comes with the Win 7...

I wanted to buy a toshiba laptop for gaming ... the price rm3000-3500 , any idea for me ?

Toshiba laptops are not the best when it comes to gaming, due to the relatively lower specs, and not to mention underclocking of the graphic cards sad.gif
Anyway, the newer batches of SB Toshiba aren't released yet... perhaps you could wait until that time to get a Satellite M645... Or you could just go ahead with the current Asus N53SN brows.gif
