Yes, one of them own Residency Park 51. Another is Empire Damansara. Non of us 1120PA talk bad about them in the first place. I think 1120PA community are very healthy...

My bf bought a unit today.. the price is much higher than phase 1. feel abit imbalance... why pay so much more for the same thing.
