What is it about. Added on January 14, 2010, 8:46 pm QUOTE(20yrsinsrisentosa @ Jan 13 2010, 07:16 PM) yes, furthermore, we HAVE NO LAWYER! the lawyer that handle my s&p agreement and loan agreement explained to me so. in the case of s&p agreement, the lawyer is on behalf of developer. in the case of loan agreement, the lawyer is on behalf on the bank! the bank simply give us an option to use back the panel lawyer from developer instead of bank to find someone else. we have no lawyer. 20yrsinsrisentosa,Added on January 13, 2010, 7:21 pm tee bee kim is not your lawyer. he is the lawyer of developer and your selected bank lawyer. Ya you are correct. We have no lawyers. All the lawyers that we sign the agreement is their lawyer although we are paying full for the loan agreement. I suggest we consult other lawyer if there is any clarification that we need. You have a great mind too. Added on January 14, 2010, 9:05 pm QUOTE(AbangCorp @ Jan 14 2010, 06:10 PM) actually it poses the same function Bank draf and cheque is not the same.main difference is :i use bank cheque for the other day 10% bank draft and bank cheque almost same for layman term but bank draft have more currency Bank draft = amount deducted from account or cash receive by bank before issuance of Bank Draft. Cheque = Amount written on the cheque does not mean the receiver will receive that amount of money. This post has been edited by 106127: Jan 14 2010, 09:05 PM |
