exactly ... i thot it's my phone's prob... hehe... i guess the apps bug then ... yah u press the # and u can't get out fr that screen anymore xcept to reset

yups, the same thing happen to me too. I juz terminate the apps using KillMe.

wonder has anybody reported it to garmnxt abt this bug ? hehe...coz v irritating whenever we wanna key in address with "/" "-" etc

if im not mistaken, u can skip those signs with a space, garmin will be able to search oso... eg: 13/5 becomes 13 5

Mmm , mine got a light leakage problem ...
But it wont effect anything aso...
The most important u dun have problem 1 & 2

because I always change my phone battery (i have three BL-5J batteries to swap with), now my back cover is loose at the side.
i heard that it cost RM49 to get original back cover. hmmm...or getting AP one at RM18 is also worth getting?

Do you think 5800 is worth getting since the price is quite cheap right now compared to when it's just released in the market. I've seen comments about this phone that it's the best audio quality for nokia right now. I'm more to chatting, sufting the net and watching videos [ I'm also a music lover]. Is this a good phone compared to E71? I feel like trying something new, like touch screen .

Is it user friendly when it comes to web browing or chatting with Window live messanger? How's the phone so far for the newest firmware? Still thinking whether I should get 5800 or stick with my E71, but i'm abit bored with e71 somehow.

Yan .. .. im using FULL SCREEN KEYBOARD to ease my typing, i dont hv such problem, of use the numeric style then got problem, its not that the Garmin halted but stuck at the numeric pad and cant go out

oooo ... i tot u describing 5230 .. there are 5230 homescreen for 5800 bt its not fully funtional like the contacts n such..

I managed to overcome the light leakage, i took my fone part by part n found the front camera (lcd double sided sponge / i dunno wtf they call the thing) got thin already, this causes the light leakage, i fixed by cutting black thick tape and replace the seal

with the standard ear-set from nokia the sound is awesome, im not sure if use the Nokia headset .. surely amazing

Ok cool,

Will be getting one set soon, not sure i'm gonna go for full set or basic set which doesnt includes the tv cables and other stuffs. Able to find original set @ RM970 for the basic from jcleoch and RM1060 for the full set by e_trade_pj. =/

Its regarding the touch sensor. Its like the sensor become crazy already, for e.g. when I touch the screen on the bottom left, but on the screen it select the bottom right.

Last time my solution is to perform hard-reset, but since i can't backup my data via the phone due to "Full Memory error", now i don't have any choice.

Take note that I can't perform the Touch-calibration process either since the touch sensor going crazy.

ure fone front case is not intact properly, the touch sensor actually inside and behind the RED + MIDDLE + RED button, i suggest you to take back the device to wer u purchased and ask them to open front case and tighten it back properly, after that, do a hard reset and calibrate touch screen immediately before u go further and install any applications.

Possible cause:
1. Hardware fault
2. Low memory which causes camera load unstable, basically camera needs high priority to run and takes more RAM
3. Check your firmware, as they already overcome this in v31.0.101 (v21 has this problem)

IC. Thanks for the solution. Gonna go to any Nokia Care Center as I purchase original set and still under warranty.
