i find guards here very strict which is good to ppl staying here

This is good news!!! I hope they claims both side of the roads. It's getting overly irritating....

But we may need to give them some space to park also..since some of them got few cars! behind there actually plenty of carpark

Actually I don't mind if they park properly but some of them damn irresponsible wan. Corner there also park wanna turn out also can't see any cars...
Those that got a few cars make some effort to look for rental carparks or buy from management. I did the same for my second car...

i also purchased one more carpark. cannot tell them how to park right..

I totally agree. Some drivers are just so inconsiderate in the way they parked their cars along the main road, blocking incoming/outgoing traffic.

Btw, more cars are clamped this morning. Seems the security guards are doing their jobs well.

On the way back today I realized...most of the cars have been cleared.
Clamping hard on those parking along Jalan Besi Kawi...

Im a tenant of midfield condo. We have 4 cars. The unit i rent only come with one carpark! WE wouldn't rent midfield if the carpark is in big issue like now!!!!

My opinion is why dont allow others to park one side of the road ?
I've been staying at other condos before, people use to park their cars outside the guardhouse.
WHY dont allow us to make use of the space? I rent here because i thought i can park my extra cars outside the guardhouse.

For those cars which really obstruct the road, then just only clamp it!


For those who wanted to rent an unit at midfield, please dont rent it unless you dont need extra carpark!

For those who wanted to buy an unit at midfield, please dont buy it unless you dont need extra carpark or you have extra cash to buy extra carpark!


Midfields condo is stupid, you need to drive until minimum 4th or 5th floor unless you can afford to buy extra carpark at lower floor.



*Midfields dont even have phone line, so cant use streamyx or Unifi.

*The workmanship of the building is a piece of shit, lubang here lubang there, leaking here leaking there

*Since its near to the place people collecting besi buruk , you will always smell people burning plastic

*Midfields management has no better thing to do ,they rather trying to make money from clamping cars!

1-U can ask the guard to open the clamp for free bro. Yes, im agree with u. the management don't have the right to clamp the car at the road outside because they don't have the authorization since the road already surrendered to DBKL. For those who affected can lodge a police report/ or report to kementerian perumahan using the proper channel ( http://www.pemudah.gov.my/ ).

2-it is not easy to get a extra parking. for us, we need at least 3 carpark. i only manage to get one extra since feb ( still looking for another 1)

They claim private road. Is it? Check it with Bandaraya whether who actually controls jln Sungei Kawi . Even a police fine is less than RM 100 and can Aduan at police station n we can still drive our car after fine.

that road and got no right to saman, then the mgt is committing an offence .

The mgt of MF park their own cars at B1 and are they also occupy other people car parks or others. As mgt don't they need to park at level 7/8 too and feel the tiresome of driving up floors too ?

My car was not clamp. If they did, I will raise it with Bandaraya and seek clarification if indeed that Jln Sungei Kawi is own by mgt and not a public road !!

Midfields can afford to own a road yet they cannot even provide telekom phone line for Unifi.

I think u need to rent a place which can provides plenty of car parks for free. The place name is Taman Salak Jaya just opposite midfields.

When you are heading back to midfields just drop by and have a look yourself. Cheaper rental and plenty of car parks.

This carparks issues seems getting really hot...
Apparently it's was mentioned in earlier post that Jln Besi Kawi is handed over to JMB so it's under the management no longer under DBKL (likely possible due to the completion of the commercial) anyways this road is by YTL as it was constructed for the overall development....if that's true then they have all the right to clamp as they want.
Honestly I don't think they will dare to clamp if it's not handed over which is the case for the past few months.

Dont worry , i will move out very soon. i just voice out my opinion about this badly managed poor condo!

so who are you , asali?
owner who can afford to buy extra carpark lot by cash?
owner who has carparks at lower floor ?
owner who has only 2cars or dont drive at all?

or Fxxking stupid arrogant management staff from midfields ?

or YTL shareholders who make money when YTL maximize their profit by exploit people basic need( for not providing telekom line)?

or investor who worry if people disclose the bad things about midfields?

DBKL resists to take over jalan besi kawi, so YTL pass back to JMB of MF. So, JMB of MF owns the road including maintenance of the road as well. You can park behind ( further down and left turn) i see no issue there since that place is bigger and owns by DBKL...it is really frustrated when lanes being occupied and traffic at halt. ..

there are plenty of carpark available for sales ( i c plenty of front row many levels - facing lift empty), if money is issue, can buy 8th floor i think 15k only.

someone got 4 cars still can park behind..so, what the fuss!!!

as for tenants wanna move out, hope u can find a better place

i think buyers are NOT aware that there is no telekom line ( which i think is OUTRIGHT idiot of chinaman mentality of YTL by FORCING ppl use YES)

Whether asali rich or not, owns how many cars or carparks who care..he just voice up his opinion..there are plenty of choices we have.

If u have been promised by owner/agent who rent u the unit that MF comes with telekom line , pls go sue him/her for mispresentation i fully support u verbally hehe..

For those got one-two carpark, he may complaint ppl simply park roadside, for those got many cars n need to park roadside n kena clamped sure curse like hell, i would ( i kena clamped by at carpark)..then if me, i just go park behind loh since not far also from my USUAL parking roadside...no big deal..

800 unit alltogether sure got ppl happy, unhappy, agony...ultimately cheer up..

I don't think the management is wrong anyhow or badly managed... if Jln Besi Kawi is already handed over to JMB. In fact I think it's a welcome move to clamp all the cars.
I mean everyone's want convenience people park in front of the guardhouse so u can enter to the condo easily but I also want convenience whenever I drive in and out of the condo. It's only a 2 lane road!! one lane already taken up as carparks den some even park the opposite...traffic stucked when there is a lorry or van trying to go through....effectively making it a one way street.
Let's be reasonable here...and fair to everyone staying. I don't think it's in anyway unfair....
And for 4 car? I doubt any condo units comes with 4 carparks unless it's penthouse units. U will definitely need to rent or purchase additional
