dear you give the wrong type of fooding for her ...
*
You know, for the first year of me getting a pair of GPs, that was the food i fed them ohmy.gif ... Not many people have GPs at that time, about 3 yrs back. After that I slowly change their diet to the normal hay pellet as they prefer that (else, they pick the variety they like and ignore the rest). And of course, lots of hay throughout their life smile.gif.

Now my parents pamper my GP (one died last year due to stroke) like their own grandkid. Love fresh food (fruits, vegs, etc) and hay. So ... wont die after 2 months geh... kua tongue.gif

Well..perhaps your GPs were more hardy than others.

Last time when I first own a pair of GP, also bodoh bodoh listen to the shop keeper told me buy those mix corn based to feed my GPs, then after 2 months my GPs died, again buy another pair , and then swtich to rabbit pellet, after another 2 months also died. After I read up more from internet and finally know what went wrong was the diet. Since then my oldest GPs are now already 4-5 years old. Many people say GP average life span is 3-4 years in Malaysia, well.... I am going to prove to you all that my GPs are going to live till the maximum life span of 6-7 years.

By the way I have been keeping GPs for 5 years. If you do not like my advice, and prefer to ask somebody has lesser experience than me, is up to you.

before i feed him with the alfalfa, i feed him with "food for guinea pig". i forgot the brand, rm15 per 1kg packet. it is mix vege, include corn, sunflower seed, carrot, pellet n so on.. but then my GP just eat what he likes, such as carrot n pellet. he would not eat the corn, sunflower seeds and he just left it in the mug. just now i want to buy oxbow performance, the stock sold out.
