Nothing to do with Forex. You shouldn't have problem as long as the account is under your own name. 3rd party account may require you to provide more information especially if the amount is over US$10K - yes, that's for anti-money laundering purpose and also to prevent terrorists for illegal funding. brows.gif

But, no banks should ask you for receipt BEFORE you make any equities purchase. That's just silly. doh.gif

I think you need to request to speak to a manager or supervisor. Just tell/ask him/her this question.
How can one provide a receipt when the equity purchase transaction HASN'T occurred? ie. How to get chicken without an egg?

If they can't do it, just change to a different bank with its staff that have brains. rclxub.gif

I wonder why that bank cares what you do with your own money? shakehead.gif
Did they cite a policy or govt rule that the bank must know why or how you had use your own money in the past?
On principle, I would tell them to frack off and take your business somewhere.
But, that's up to you. wink.gif

Closing Update:

Nasdaq 2190.06 +18.86 +0.87%

Just use online. Nobody will ask you. Unless your pc can talk. tongue.gif

I use m2u from the start. The form you fill up require you to state why you TT the money. Just tick transfer to non malaysian and for the invest purpose. Max RM10k/ day and RM10 fee. Cheap enough.

See how the financial news accommodate the market behavior?

"U.S. stock market futures returned to slightly negative territory on Wednesday after turning briefly higher on a report showing the private sector shed 22,000 jobs last month."

The ADP report is bullish, yet market feels bearish. Why?

Answer is simple: After two straight days of 3 digits gain, would you not want to take some off?
Sure, I would. But, this pause or pullback won't be much. Dip buyers will continue to come in later.

Anyway, a small pullback this morning will allow some shorts to close their positions, dip buyers to come in,
and long to start a new position.

Good luck!

Bugger. Soon enough SIRI will no longer be a penny stock. It just keeps getting itself upgraded by analysts.

So, here's what we got:

ADP data - good
ISM data - good

Market pulling back a notch. Financial media says.. oh it because of earnings disappointment.
See how they spin this news? biggrin.gif

By the way, TM (Toyota) continues to be pummeled by bad news.
I just need it to drop a few more dollars close to 70, I am going to get some here.
I never like the auto industry but Toyota is an exception. Heck, I drive a Toyota myself. laugh.gif

yes, they are. I hate those group. Always making money. First they move GOLD from 700$ to historic high over 1220, then play with market. Really, we are just tiny micro-organism if compare to 'em.

Yeah, they got many names - Bilderberg, PPT, AntiPPT, all the same. We know this for sure - they are in control.

Anyway.. back into TNA: 39.50, stop loss at 38.80 this time.
