Maybe she herself is not sure either. lol. can you imagine AW equipping us with a 500gb HDD at 5400rpm? fyi, only the 250gb HDD with the M15x is 5400rpm, anything higher is 7200rpm. So that means if you're getting the 500gb, its fixed, its 7200rpm.

Founding father!?!? No, I'm not comparing prices bro, I'm just showing how much of a difference can a PC Fair make! 
Big difference in terms of performance between the 720 and 820, in games? As I know, you'll only need a better proc if you're into video encoding and heavy processing instead of games. A good GPU and 4gb of RAM is enough to improve performance in game, no?

I got my M15x for almost a month already bro. Direct from Dell, couldn't wait for the PC Fair. 
The BD-Rom was about RM 500 IIRC.

Its starting to not make any sense. haha. I got the 720QM with BD-Rom and yet paying almost 1K extra!!

Razer Sling is temporary, I need a bag before the mid of this month. 
Will be travelling and I don't trust my Nike Max Air. It's a good bag for laptops but the laptop compartment could't fit in the M15x and the main compartment is too lose with no paddings. 
The razer sling, its just nice if you wanna bring your power brick and mouse, serves its purpose well but nothing extra. It's meant for bringing your machine to a LAN party, but not alienware! I'm pretty sure the M17x will suffocate in the razer bag which is made to accommodate 17" laptops. 

I know, you are like one of the founding fathers of the M15x. Looks on the bright side, you have yours for a while now already while we have to endure a waiting period of longer than you... Lets not compare prices....
The problem is you can't bargain. The sales guy there by the name of Chuen let me in on a secret that the offer changes from day to day. Today something extra but minus this, tomorrow diff liao.

The proc upgrade is not much discounted for me. Also bout 1k plus after I calculated but cheaper than the listed RM1.3K. But I didn't get mine at the fair. Just that payment and all received on Friday so they processed my order. I wanted  the proc upgrade cos I read the game benchmarks online using 820QM and was satisfied with the results. Maybe future gaming will be better... I didn't need the 6GB Ram which I can change later when prices drop from the 4GB(2X2gb sLOTS) ... sO I didn't have to bargain all with the sales. I think today they would have higher volume of M15x sales. Yesterday 10+ , today might be more....
