BrokenOne, better buy it end of this month. You will have more choices for M17x i5 & i7 processor.

that notebook is actually the one that i am gonna buy before this. its price during that time is few bucks less than 10k with specs of Q9000 + GTX260M +1TB HDD and 6GB DDR3 RAM.
i dont know if the price is already change but using that amount of money, better go for M17x. you can get a fine specs with that price. plus excellence cooler too.

if you want to save few hundred bucks, go to PC Fair. but bear in mind that AW not appear in all PC Fair. only the major one.

Asus is a good item btw, but i check the review for G71 , the cooling system is reli suck.. hot temp G71 have..
But now i found a seller bring USA lappy in and selling G71gx with GTX260 is only costs RM 6100 compare to malaysia now selling at RM 8999..
is new set of coz.. but AW in GTX260 costs RM 7.4 liddat la...
so still consider go for which 1..

for asus is 2 years international warranty..
for AW is 3 years full warranty... i customize at dell malaysia.

just asking because a lot of refurbish item is sold in cheaper price.
btw how much is the total cost for the Asus that you interested, including the postage?

since you can choose any lappy that you like within your budget, choice is 100% on your hand

last 2 months b4 i got my m17x ~ it was sold to only dell staff

Any news on the m11x? . I posted on the other AW thread and now only realizing that it was supposed to be posted here.

nothing new so far. here is some fact about M11x.

-using CULV 1.3GHz as its processor
-equip with GT335 1GB DDR3 RAM
-RAM unknown
-type of HDD unknown
-size of screen 11.6"
-starting price = 2.5K, max specs cost you <4k (estimation)
