yeap , true also but when im running OCCT , the temp went pass 95' at the 4min 30 sec =.= i straight shut down ... gaming wise , its very fine ~ haha

by the way Azurika, you ever noticed that some games need extra adjustment before it using both of GPU?
try to switch On the CPUID Monitor before gaming and see the peak temp for both GPU.

Im running modern warfare 2 all on HIGH with 4xAA and the rest on extra, even on a GTX 260M its smooth. Your SLI's are OVERKILL hahaha....

Anyway, the highest I got for gaming temp is 90celcius and Im running on a cooler pad now to help ease the temp down a notch!

By the way, I couldn't change it to a higher than 4XAA. Hmm... that was the best. But then 16XAA Would be too much for a inferior to GTX 280M Card like the GTX 260M. But at the speeds the game has been going on, I didn't have time to pause and see the details except for the beginning.... Shit, I only just finished the Rio level and it was crazy fast and frantic....

yes, to experience higher level of gaming, you need to tweak the setting by yourself using Nvidia Control Panel

or just download program called nHencer. just like CCrysis, but expendable for many games. i don't use that though, too complicated for me

btw, reading from notebook review forum, some users OC their GTX 260M. Possible to tweak it to almost get the same performance as a GTX 280M or is that too far to reach in terms of performance?

nah. the gap between GTX260M and GTX280M is not very far. OC can make GTX20M perform in par with GTX280M.

thats why some of people never bother owning GTX280M SLi but choose GTX260M SLi instead.

but for me, once i spending huge amount of money for something like this, why not getting the best?

I agree with u about the spending part. If I get a M17x I wouldn't cut corners on the graphics and would go for the dual GTX 280M too! Hmm, maybe when I've read enought about OC'ing the GTX 260, I'll try it and see.... But I'll be extra carefull should I dare to do it
