The estimated date for my Alien Headset is on the 23rd December too. I called to check the order status, before I can state the number and product, the SA told me, is it ALIENWARE LAPTOP?
Must be you guys, keep bugging them till they think i'm an Alien geek.

Will let you guys know bout the quality of the headset here once I get it.

Open US Alienware website. Customize any Alienware laptop. Click on optimize performance. Type in the plate and save as picture.

Box felt light, when I opened, saw the small ALIEN Head logo on a black Box.
Opened it, and there it was.... Looks great

My M15x however is still at the "Ship From Factory Status" since last week. ETA Still 23rd Dec...

Don't worry..according to the sales girl i bought from, she say should be within this week..
But don't let your hopes too high tho.

get the KATA 467. u wont feel the weight much. tested with my kata during the pc fair with 1 cam body with lens, 1 telephoto lens & flash.

Just encountered a problem with the Alien. Was watching DVD with the BD-Rom and suddenly Media Player stopped responding, and then everything stopped working. That includes live messenger. Windows tried to fix it but seems like it's stuck. I tried Task Manager and shut down from there, seems like its stuck as well. Gotta force shut down(by holding the power button). Is this a windows 7 issue? or the laptop issue?
