hi to all here i in headahce which 1 to choose to trade my rtg to super red ?kin fatt arowana came from indo farm again xian leng is local arowana red, but ppl say indo red red is better then local one? again the price kin fatt enpensive 100$ from xian leng

My new tank..

It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to fill up this tank..

sigh... the btm is dirty and they didnt clean it for me... so can see very dirty.. cannot even clean it..

what size tank is that ? price ?

@fishboy- Sorry I cant help u I don't really noe much regarding Asian Aros in the aquarium trade.

@pigpig - looks like 5/6footer. Correct? 1-2K for whole set...

5ft by 2.5ft and height is 2ft..

cabinet 1.3k and tank 730..

no complete yet... tomorrow ill pull the piping and the filter.. so about 2k plus..

my advice, get a whole set from a local lfs... i believe the quality will be much better....

i might need to change the tank as there is a chipped at the btm.... really suks....

I plan to get banjar red as my first aro.
before that. need to prepared fish tank.

I've never kept Kim Fatt red but I think its not really safe to say indon red are better, however I do know that xian leng grade their red quite accurate so which price you're looking at?

Congrat bro for new tank, yes it sucks when you hv hiccups on your new toy, same as my tank, ordered with oyama all 4 side, but came without and the cabinet also done wrongly

should be enuf for 2 years, banjar is extra big fish

gar grows faster than aro and not very frenly fish

Devil - No, i have it custom made separately.. im saying getting it from lfs will be better as they are so use to making it but it is also more expensive... they also need to make some money..

How big tank that banjar red should have??

RTG and HB is the smallest as far as I know, for banjar a 4 ft tank would be able to accommodate for maybe 2 years when it hit 20", after that if your tank size is small you still can keep la but you wont get the optimum size.

My advice is, go for a big tank... No matter wht kind of aro you get, eventually you have to get it a bigger home..

thks for the info, today juat went xian leng sa got 1 kualiti super red i think i want trade but the fish barbel 1 normal and the other already putus separuh so do u guy think can it grow back same as normal? so i didint buy it

I think it can grow back as the aro is still young. Why don't you consult with Ah Rock/Kok overthere? Asked them whether the barbel can grow back or not. They sure will help you.
