QUOTE(saif_bear @ Dec 6 2009, 09:23 PM) Aro is an aggressive creature. I'm talking about glass thickness because sometimes hobbyist have encounter aro bang into the tank glass. what do u do ? did u secure ur lid or just take the risk :/So, I just advice u on in advance. Thick glass also can support the tank from water pressure from the water inside the tank. Added on December 6, 2009, 9:27 pm If you afraid your aro will jump out through that lid. Just close the Lid. Or put something heavy on the lid to prevent aro jump out. |

QUOTE(saif_bear @ Dec 6 2009, 09:55 PM) My 4 footer do have cover like yours. I open the lid a little bit to increase the air ventilation in the tank. Yes I'm taking the risk. so urs is the newer plastic lid of the old school wood ? ha ha i think i will take the rish for now and later if hes realy jumpy.then i will weigh em down |

Added on December 9, 2009, 1:23 pmbtw guys when my aro eats the pellets alot of it just falls on he gravel.any ideas how to reduce the amount of food that flies around the tank when hes eating ? i tried putting my polypterus as cleanup crew but it almost got eaten LOL.any ideas ?
