Yep. They change my ip to 218 two days ago. 4mb user for 3 months now.
Download speed from UK server not getting full speed. Requested them to change back to old ip

Thinking of getting the 4mb package. or should i just stick with 2mb?

is the combo package with the TM home line still available?

UPDATE : just now go to TM...they say they will send a technician to test if it's capable..if ok thn can upgrade to 4Mbps
but i've to get my mom to TM to fill out the form 1st...dunno when ....haizz

My 4MB package is dam slow this week. Can't even enter speedtest.net.

Anyone facing the same problem?

My place also get the problem, most happen after 9pm 4mb package just can get around 300kbs-1600kbs.Yesterday call to tm , just charge my port and ip to 124.xxx but still can't get to speedtest.net

Suk u also kena? I'm no longer can get 218 IP's anymore, missing it.

I was on 115 and 110 range since the day I subscribed to 4m.
Tried to reconnect to get the 218 but forever fail and then last week after my internet died for a day, I finally got the 218 ip and discovered that the ping to my Germany game server is so damn high and now I'm stuck at 218.

My speed is slowing down now at 1 to 2 Mbps so fakap routing

Yesterday I manage to spoke to one of their 2nd level, and they suggest me to use ping plotter to test on the site that I have difficulties to access.

I ping with 15sec interval, and 100 samples, and found that for most of the sites that I am having difficult to access, they are going through 219.93.218.177 or 10.55.32.114, and having a very high lost packet.

Can everyone try and send the results to Streamyx?
