I did the same. Ask them for 218 ip but they said diff area get diff ip. Mine is stuck at 3.5mb while other 4mb user can get 3.8mb and higher. Been using 4mb for two weeks but still get 115 or 124

TM finally set my port to 5mb speed after countless email & call

I think tm start capping speed for 4mb after 8/9pm every night. Only got 1/1.5mb only. Sometimes below 1mb. Speed normal back after 3am. Send screenshot to tm but all they ask is to be patience. It's been almost a month. Seem other person also experience this

Yep. me in pj area. ask tm technician why this happen he also dont know why. higher level techie also.
He also mention several other 4mb users complaining about the same problem to him

Yep. They change my ip to 218 two days ago. 4mb user for 3 months now.
Download speed from UK server not getting full speed. Requested them to change back to old ip

Yep. TM capped speed on weekends and for weekdays from 9pm till 3am.
I'm also on 4mbs and can only manage get 2mb download speed eventhough get 4.4mb speedtest. I'm on 218 ip.Technician told me its all dslam fault and congestion.
Theres other 4mb user frm my PJ area also complained the same thing. Both europe and US server affected. They are messing with routing i think
Hoping people affected with this complain to CFM (http://complaint.cfm.org.my) after complain to TM not succesfull
