I notice between 8pm to 12am, 4mb line will face massive lag. I tried with speedtest.tm.net.my I'm getting 100kbps - 600kbps and sometimes ping may jump up to 3k, mind telling me what's going on ? Is it like this ? Should I change back to 2mbps ?

juz upgrade my 1mbps to 4mbps...
in progress...technician da dtg but they line not yet 4mbps...tomorrow will in full speed...mslh mcm nie pun ada ka?

usually after 24 hours, you will get ur 4mbps..The technician just came to check ur line, and capped it to 4mbps or 5mbps...

are u 3km away from interchange?

owh...like tat..so i have to wait la..may its still capped 1mb..tats y he ask wait 4 tomolo...rite?

when i got to tm..they say im 5km from interchange..but 1mbps me here so stable..1mbps can get dl max 220kbps...is it a good sign?

Uik...why your line still capped at 2043kbps?
Wait tomolo, see it ur line is not capped to 4mbps, call 100...demand them for an answer...

I got my username capped at 4 Mbps already this morning but no premium IP range yet

Using 115. ip range now speed superb wish they can set at 5120 kbps try to figure out this later on

I figure out something is wrong with 218.111 ip range

Download from the same server will get 200 to 300 kb/sec

Using ip 115.xxx i can get 400 to 500

TM.Nut did fakap the ip routing dunno how to explain to TM last time i report they fakap my port and disturb my modem capped speed.

any downtime during the username and ip upgrade period aa?

a 5 mins downtime when the technician come n install for u. make sure flush ur ip before he plug in his modem...
the technician juz came n install for me. the speed will activate by tomorrow according to the technician.

I want to upgrade to 2Mb since I'm pretty sure the 4Mb package isn't available at my area..I'm staying in Gelugor,Penang by the way..any upgraders from this area or Penang?
