if I wanna full 4mbps, do I need to pay more? since they will capped it at 5mbps right? and there's a lot possibilities it might get worst than before right? right now my snr is 31.4 downrate. pretty good i must say

Applied 4MB but all test was 1.5 - 1.8 for a full 2 months, called them every week for technical service bla bla bla... now they cut and I went to HQ in cyberjaya, filed a complaint and told them im not going to pay the bills for 2 months... so waiting for their reply about this matter.

better yet, i did not cancle the service and they are still charging me monthly when it is cut and poor service... I've told them also Im not paying for the months to come waiting for your reply...

I'm still with 115 IP address.Last night I called them asked for premium account 218 and they said no such things.All package got same range IP and nothing different.When do you guys start getting 218 range?Youtube is damn slow but after 1am got the full speed.If you guys want faster stream at Youtube, just using hotspot shield.I can get full speed when using hotspot shield.

Using 115. ip range now speed superb wish they can set at 5120 kbps try to figure out this later on

I just applied for 4MB last Friday and the technician came round to my house yesterday to set my port to 4092. He told me to check again in an hour's time (he came around 11.30am) to see if my line got upgraded or not.

Now I know this is a bit too good to be true... and it was. I'm still stuck at 1.5Mbps at the moment. So my question is, how long is it usually until the line gets upgraded? Do I need to keep resetting the modem to check if I get upgraded or not?

Bonus question: When do you think would be an appropriate time for me to start spamcalling the technician and complaining about how the speed sucks etc etc?

And yes, I'm impatient

i made mine too, just call premier cs said they will check with ipnoc and promise to return call and indeed they return call within 5 minutes ! they said request already acknowledge now waiting it to be done within 24 hours time. they will follow up with me again.

For those of you capped at 5 Mbps, what are your SNRs like? I am currently capped at 4084 kbps and my SNR is at about 19.0 dB. Requested for my line to be capped at 5120 kbps but they were unwilling to do so, claiming that "SNR figure is in red". They didn't even want to give me something in between 4 and 5 (say 4.5), sigh.

how to know it is premiup ip?

is it streamyx going haywire or is it the premium ip im attached to now is causing me to be getting only less then 70% of 4mb tonight.. its a pain in the a@@ now T_T

dude, is this very common or it rarely happen.. if this is very common that premium ips have routing issues, i would suffer as i download mostly from UK&US servers.. dammit..

My downloads from Europe barely reach 200kbps yesterday night.

So is it safe to conclude that to download from Europe UK, for Tflux/rapidshare etc, you need the normal IP back?

ive just called them to put me on normal ip flock.. they told me that the procedure is too long and also they will be afraid that i would be complaining back to them once im on normal ip but getting shitty speed.. haih..

instead, they told me to send them a ping plotter result to their email.. whats the best ip address (or urls) should i trace as a benchmark to prove that the premium ip sucks ey? any idea guys..
