guys.. do u ppl's co2 tank happen cold at the bottom part ? mine just gave me a shock.. the bottom part keep freeze.. very cold even i off the main valve... seem got problem with the tank..

usually when the co2 comes out damn fast, the bottle will freeze! carefull bro!

chuppy say its normal? because my common sense based from my experince, the shieldtox when u spray for a long period of time the can becomes cold, also from my experience of the disposable campfire gas can the valve kinda broke and the gas leaked so quickly the can got really cold..

so maybe the same thing goes to this case?

Its like that, c02 , when it decompresses, it'll form cold liquid around it...

So, it can be 1 of these few cases. like michanz said, either its going off real fast.. or leaking somewhere untill you dont know..

If got crack arr.. Long time boom already LOL

Try the soap water test if you need to clarify.

For the record, mine does not get cold... only when i purposely release all the c02 inside then it gets cold

About the c02 checker.. the ONLY c02 checker i OWNED SO FAR.. that actually turns back to dark blue overnight... guess what the brand is.. starts with A ends with A LOL!!

THough some may argue it's because i aerate my tank at night.. but heck. compared it to cheapos fakeo Drop checkers before... cannot swim tongue.gif

I used to have sera drop checker and to get better reading I use 4dkh solution. Quite easy to make with Azoo KH tester, baking soda and distilled water. The mixture turns blue in the morning and turns light green after 2 hours of co2 injection. There is a more accurate way to make 4dkh solution HERE.

I've read somewhere that the ADA drop checker doesn't need 4dkh solution to give accurate result. So Drew could be right. smile.gif
I wonder, can we buy the ADA drop checker liquid only....hehehehe
