i was thinking that if the KTM can direct link to Midvalley.. i think this condo will increase the market value after 3 years ...
but a lot hav to pay like Accessment fees , quit rent..

i dont thnk there is any lucky draw...my SA told nothing about it, i just plan to check the quality of the apartment as well..since the same builder and developer, so can make an inference..

yup, that Angsana apartment about 850 sq/ft...SA that time the apartment sell on abt RM90k-RM120k only..so u go and check the workmanship ah ? i think should be ok, the panthouse design also nice(i mean with the price lah, we dont talk abt few million projects).

they said each block got only 4 lifts. what do you think ? will it become stuck? imagine at the beginning stage, if said 20% = 50++ppl move in at the same time, lift confirm jam !

I heard that got 3 lift, impossible got 6 lifts, if yes, our maintenance fee need pay more lah...for me 4 enough..hope is bigger lift can fix 24 pax..if 15 pax 1 very small, furniture  tak boleh masuk leh!!
