Alex, you mentioned about 2 car park is it tandem one ? or one covered one open air ? sometimes it really confusing us alot. The car park combination.

Hi guys ..today i received a letter from Impiana. Really funny is the content is ask me go and sign the S&P within 21 days. In fact my loan also in the process. Something i do not understand is , there is a mentioned about "a rebate of 3% of the selling price (in lieu of 0% interest during construction period)" ....but it did not mention abt the 7% discount price. I am abit confuse abt it ...since the SA never tell me abt the 3% rebate ...or it is printing error?

but in another paragraph, they got mentioned the balance amount that i need to pay lah ...the price is after discount one. anyway, better check it out ...
Kritikal, if u get the 7% discount and 3% rebate ..that mean u no need to pay anything lah ..right ? since total is 10% already

Yeah ...i think the offer letter is the same for everybody. Jst said the remaining amount tat i need to pay ...the amout actually is after discount. Hmmm.....SA never mention the 3% rebate before, but will check with them later lah........

loan must approved 1st, sign the document 1st....then the SA will call up and go and sign , something like that ?

Hi guys, Finally HLB and RHB called me and ask my detail. HLB need abt 2 weeks time for the processing my application.

Anyone can tell me what is the flexi loan ? like need open current account ..and can put the $$ inside ..something like that .... cuz as i know the one i applying is not a flexible loan ..but is semi flexi ......i will call banker again to ask for more detail ...but hope can get some idea from here loh....

yeah, we dun know what will happen after 3 years later but the newly KTM stesen definitely will be one of the advantage. Hopefully that time, KTM commuter will provide better service as well.

CuteAlex, I not yet sign anything yet, as HLB and RHB just called me last week to get my detail. HLB said they need 1-2 weeks time for processing.

Yeah, glad to know that u made a booking. so mind to share with us on what unit u booked and which blocked ? any promotion that offered to you ?

Currently the shortcut road from the show unit to Sri Gombak not really built up ....and i believe that is a road but is for construction lorry use only.

Hahaha ...no harm to test the coverage, right ? anyone got P1 Wimax ...maybe can test the connectivity at there also...
The KTM route that going to Batu Caves actually is the extension from Sentul - Port Klang, so it will not pass by Kepong KTM .....

I think to KL, we no need take the Duke Highway lah...unless u want go to Duta then connect to NKVE. anyway, maybe i am wrong as i never use DUke highway before.

Well, too bad to say the midvalley stesen is only for the Seremban - Rawang route. So if want to go to Midvalley, need to change the train at KL sentral....

I did ask my SA bring me to the Angsana apartment , well, not bad lah the quality of work .....

Each block only 4 lifts ? i thought is 6 lifts ...if not mistaken, SA told me is 6 lifts....
Alex, i think my application submition same time as u, they did call me and ask for me detail ...they said they need 2 weeks time from 31 DEC 2009, so that mean next week i only can know whether my loan get approved or not ....

3 lift ? that is too litle to cater 320 units each block .....
maybe is 4 ...i also forgot ...anyone can confirm this ?

i think mostly will take HLB since it offer blr-2.0 .....
anyone sign for the HLB ? it is semi flexi package .... or is it better we convert to full flexi ...?
