seem like very good concept but not much we can get from the website.
what is the square feet? lease or freehold? price range? number of block and units? facilities? seem like they are several other service aprt/condo development around the area too , sure got competition in term of rental yields. |

hey... i'm actually helping out there at the site office during the weekends.. u can have a visit to the show house at the site office.. it's located exactly behind batu caves temple.. just go straight till the end on the road beside the new Batu Caves KTM station..
the show house looks really nice and the condos are selling really fast.. the feedback is really positive.. Within 2 weeks plus, almost 200 hundred units have been sold out.. Have a visit to the site to have a look at the show unit and the surrounding.. There is a mini show model as well where u can see how the condo & surrounding will look like when it is ready together with the clubhouse... Be quick, or more condos will be sold out with the remaining units at levels above 20.. hahah.. Do not hesitate to contact me here if u have any queries.. |

Someone told me the price has increased with additional carpark. Furthermore, the project belonged to politician brother. The politician is Umno Youth CHief Hisapmudern.
