Hi there, me too jus booked an unit in penaga condo, 1098 sq ft, come wf 2 car parks (an open and a cover),RM232k...seem abit worry whether my loan will approve or not and also whether it is a good place to buy...because when i look at semarak apartment jus beside the condo,it seem lik alot of vacant though its fully sold out if not mistaken..

oic...i went there twice...the 1st time was when they were launching semarak condo and that were really selling like hot cakes..the available unit are 20th flr and above and is quite expensive bcoz of the higher units..but now when i booked for this penaga its even more expensiv, but i prefer penanga bcoz of the large tiles and laminated wood..

Added on December 27, 2009, 8:35 pmalvinchien1981, your unit consider very cheap...so no regrets..

penaga got different tile eh?
seems like penaga package is much better than semarak one
car park options
tiles
etc etc...

i booked semarak unit facing selayang
the cheapest one
also hard to get loan approved

the design of penaga and semarak are same, only that semarak's floor tiles are smaller tiles (1.5x1.5) (correct me if im wrong) and all the bed rooms are ceramic tiles..whereas penaga condo's floor tiles are bigger (2x2), exactly the same like what u saw in the show room and all the rooms are laminated wood...

im worry abt my loan as well bcoz im jus a normal office executiv who doesnt earn much....but i take the risk to book the RM232k which more than my budget....no choice...wan to fetch a better value in future..smile.gif

when i book semarak, it got option whether you want to upgrade to timber laminated floor & ceiling height tiles, but have to add another RM15k...quite expensive also..

If according to good feng shui, the condo should back the hill & facing water(sea/lake).
In chinese it sound "bei san mian shui".
